• Rental extensions are subject to availability and applicable additional charges.
• Equipment must be returned within the agreed rental period.

3. Equipment Usage

Customers must use the equipment only for its intended purpose and follow the manufacturer’s instructions and guidance provided by O2 For Everyone.

Customers must not modify, damage, misuse or attempt unauthorized repairs on rented equipment.

Any damage, loss or missing accessories caused by misuse or negligence may result in additional charges.

4. Medical Disclaimer

O2 For Everyone provides medical equipment rental services and does not replace the advice of a doctor or qualified healthcare professional.

Customers should use equipment according to their doctor’s prescription and instructions. Do not change oxygen flow rates, CPAP/BiPAP settings or other medical settings without professional medical guidance.

In case of a medical emergency, please contact your local emergency medical service immediately.

5. Payment & Cancellation

Rental and other applicable charges must be paid according to the terms communicated at the time of booking.

Cancellation and refund eligibility may depend on the booking status, equipment dispatch, delivery charges and applicable rental terms.

Any applicable security deposit will be refunded after equipment return and inspection, subject to outstanding charges or damages.

6. Delivery & Return

Delivery and collection are subject to service availability and location.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address and contact details. Equipment and accessories must be returned in good condition, except for normal wear and tear.
