We strive to provide high-quality medical equipment and rental services, including BiPAP & CPAP Equipment, Hospital Bed Rentals, Monitoring Devices & ICU Aids, Nebulizers, Oxygen Concentrators, Oxygen Cylinders (OxyKits), Portable Oxygen Concentrators, and related accessories.

Please read our Refund and Return Policy carefully before making a purchase or rental booking.

1. Returns for Purchased Products

Due to the medical nature of our products, returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:

  • The product received is damaged during delivery.

  • The product received is defective or not functioning as intended upon delivery.

  • The wrong product was delivered.

Any return request must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photographs or videos.

Products must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition.

  • Returned with original packaging, accessories, manuals, and invoices.

  • Free from physical damage caused by misuse or mishandling.

2. Non-Returnable Products

For hygiene and patient safety reasons, the following items are generally non-returnable:

  • Used BiPAP & CPAP Masks

  • Used Nebulizers

  • Oxygen Accessories that have been opened or used

  • Consumable medical items

  • Customized or special-order products

3. Rental Equipment Returns

Rental equipment must be returned on or before the agreed rental end date.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Maintaining equipment in good condition.

  • Returning all supplied accessories and components.

  • Informing us immediately of any damage or malfunction.

Additional charges may apply for:

  • Late returns

  • Missing accessories

  • Equipment damage beyond normal wear and tear

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be approved under the following circumstances:

  • Equipment is unavailable after payment confirmation.

  • An order is cancelled by O2 Rental By O2 For Everyone.

  • A verified defective product cannot be replaced.

  • Eligible cancellations made within the applicable cancellation period.

Refund approval remains subject to inspection and verification by our team.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days through the original payment method used during purchase.

Processing time may vary depending on:

  • Banks

  • Payment gateways

  • Financial institutions

6. Security Deposits for Rentals

Where applicable, refundable security deposits for rental equipment will be returned after:

  • Successful equipment inspection

  • Verification of returned accessories

  • Confirmation of no outstanding dues or damage charges

Any applicable deductions will be communicated before refund processing.

7. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with:

  • Order details

  • Photographs or videos of the product

  • Description of the issue

Upon verification, we may offer:

  • Replacement

  • Repair

  • Refund (where applicable)

8. Cancellation of Orders

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch or delivery confirmation.

Once equipment has been dispatched or delivered, cancellation requests may not be eligible for a refund and may incur applicable service, transportation, or handling charges.
