Is the 30-day rental fee refundable?
No. Once you pay for the 30-day rental, that money is non-refundable.
Do I have to pay a security deposit?
If you choose the Basic Plan (Cylinder), yes. We take a deposit and give it back to you in full when you return the tank safely. If you choose the Ultimate Plan (Concentrator), no. You do not pay any security deposit.
Do I need to buy my own oxygen mask?
If you choose the Basic Plan (Cylinder), yes. You must pay to refill the tank when it empties. If you choose the Ultimate Plan (Concentrator), no. It makes its own air for free.
How do I know when the Basic tank is empty?
You must watch the manual dial on the tank. If it drops low, you must call us for a refill.
What if the machine breaks down?
We test everything before delivery. But if a machine stops working, call us right away. We will fix it or replace it fast.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes! If you start with the Basic Cylinder and realize it is too much work, just call us. We will upgrade you to the Ultimate Concentrator.
