This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancelling purchases and rental bookings related to BiPAP & CPAP Equipment, Hospital Bed Rentals, Monitoring Devices & ICU Aids, Nebulizers, Oxygen Concentrators, Oxygen Cylinders (OxyKits), Portable Oxygen Concentrators, and related medical equipment.

1. Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of an order before it has been dispatched or delivered.

• Orders cancelled before dispatch may be eligible for a full refund, subject to payment gateway deductions, if applicable.

• Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

• Any transportation, handling, or processing charges already incurred may be deducted from the refund amount.

2. Rental Booking Cancellation

Rental bookings may be cancelled before the scheduled delivery date.

Cancellation Charges:

• Cancellation made more than 24 hours before delivery: No cancellation fee.

• Cancellation made within 24 hours of scheduled delivery: Applicable logistics and handling charges may be deducted.

• Cancellation after equipment delivery: Rental charges for the utilized period and applicable service charges will be payable.

3. Company-Initiated Cancellation

O2 Rental By O2 For Everyone reserves the right to cancel an order or rental booking due to:

• Product unavailability

• Pricing or technical errors

• Incomplete customer information

• Safety or compliance concerns

• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

In such cases, eligible payments received will be refunded according to our Refund Policy.

4. Refund for Cancelled Orders

Approved refunds for cancelled orders or rental bookings will be processed within 7–14 business days through the original payment method.

Refund timelines may vary depending on:

• Banking institutions

• Payment gateways

• Financial service providers

5. Modification of Orders

Customers may request modifications to orders or rental bookings before dispatch or delivery. Approval of modifications will depend on product availability and operational feasibility.

6. Non-Cancellable Items

For hygiene, safety, and regulatory reasons, certain products may not be eligible for cancellation once prepared, dispatched, installed, or delivered, including:

• Opened or used medical consumables

• Customized orders

• Special procurement items

• Used respiratory accessories
