Is the 30-day rental fee refundable?
No. Once you pay for the 30-day rental, that money is non-refundable.
Do I have to pay a security deposit?
No! We do not charge a security deposit for our hospital beds. You only pay the 30-day rent.
Do I have to pay upfront?
Yes. Since there is no security deposit, we take the full 30-day rental payment in advance before we deliver the bed.
Why is the bed height so important?
If a bed is stuck at a low height (like the Standard Plan), you will have to bend over every time you feed, wash, or move the patient. Doing this for 30 days can cause severe back pain. The ICU-Level bed rises to your waist to protect your back.
What is the tilt function on the Premium bed?
The ICU-Level bed can tilt the entire body forward or backward. Doctors call this Trendelenburg. It helps with blood flow and makes feeding much safer.
Who puts the bed together?
Our expert team delivers the bed, carries it into your room, and sets it up completely. You do not lift a finger.
What if the bed motors stop working?
We test every bed before we deliver it. But if a motor ever stops working, call us right away. We will come fix it or replace it fast.
