Job Summary:
As a Customer Success Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care. You will manage orders, gather leads, handle billing and bookkeeping, and maintain detailed records of customer interactions. Your role is crucial in resolving inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively, contributing to our goal of delivering exceptional customer service.
Primary Responsibilities:
– Take customer orders via phone and manage the entire order process.
– Gather and manage leads to help grow our customer base.
– Handle billing and bookkeeping tasks accurately.
– Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and deliveries.
– Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
– Ask for customer feedback and iterate accordingly to improve services.
– Provide detailed product information and usage instructions.
– Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
– Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
Required Skills and Competencies:
– Basic managerial skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Required Experience and Education:
– High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
– Experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is a plus.
– Fluency in English and a good understanding of Hindi and/or Bengali.
– Previous experience in a similar industry is preferred but not required.
Salary and Benefits:
– Competitive salary ranging from ₹10,000 to ₹25,000 per month (negotiable based on experience and qualifications).
