O2 For Everyone is looking for a dedicated and energetic Delivery and Customer Care Specialist to join our team. This role involves managing deliveries, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring our clients receive the best possible service.

Responsibilities
Delivery Management:
- Coordinate and manage the delivery of medical equipment such as oxygen cylinders and concentrators.
- Maintain detailed records of deliveries, customer interactions, and payment collections via various methods (Cash, Card, UPI, etc.).
- Handle challans from companies and those issued to customers.
- Use tools like Google Maps and WhatsApp for efficient delivery management.
- Ensure timely and accurate deliveries, maintaining high service standards.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Conduct in-person visits and coordinate via calls/messages for product setups and maintenance.
- Handle customer complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring a win-win resolution.
- Educate customers about various products, services, and maintenance guides.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and collect feedback for service improvement.
- Build and maintain good rapport with customers, providing excellent customer service.
Administrative and Logistical Tasks:
- Manage the delivery fleet and track orders when necessary.
- Maintain and update internal templates and records.
- Assist in planning and optimizing delivery routes.
- Address and resolve logistical issues swiftly to avoid delivery delays.
- Assist in inventory management as needed.
Skills and Competencies
Essential Skills:
- Basic managerial skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills with a good telephone and meeting etiquette.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Good listening and questioning skills, with strong persuasion abilities.
- Basic technical skills, including the use of the Internet and Google Maps.

Knowledge and Experience
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Fluency in English and a good understanding of Hindi and/or Bengali.
- Driver’s license for Motor Cycle with Gear.
- Basic knowledge of delivery planning and geographical understanding.
Preferred:
- Experience in logistics, customer service, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage.
